Next Day Teaser:
Want a 45-60sec teaser the next day to share on Instagram, TickTock, or FB? We’ve got you! Typical turn around time on edits is 8-12wks but we can get you a quick teaser sooner. My second shooter is capturing vertical shots through out the day so we can make you an amazing teaser to share with family and friends.

Weddings are often booked almost a year in advance. So 30 days before your wedding we hop on a call to go over the schedule.

4. Film
Time to film! Everything is ready to go. Your big day is finally here!

5. Deliver
A social media teaser is released within 7 days. 60-90 days later your highlight film is ready and a private video gallery is sent.

Wedding Video Terms

Follow the link below to our contact page and we’ll get an email going. Alternatively you are welcome to message us on FB or Instagram. To fully book your wedding day a retainer of $500 of the final cost is due and then the day is yours! We’ll put it on the calendar as reserved.
Please note: some dates receive multiple inquiries. If you think we’re a good fit it’s better to book sooner that later.

60 miles past Bethel, MO it’s $.60 a mile. 120 miles from Bethel, MO will likely require overnight accommodations booked at clients expense.
I’ve been an international missions video/photographer for 10+ years. I’m 100% open to destination weddings. If that’s something you’re looking for. Please contact and we can work out the details.

20% of the total is due for a retainer to officially hold the date, otherwise the date is considered available until a retainer is paid. The Remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding. If not paid in full at agreed time the retainer will be kept and we under no obligation to film. If you’d rather pay it all up front that is totally fine. If the date needs to be rescheduled we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note that the retainer is non-refundable. On our end it means turning away other couples for your reserved date.

The highlight video and teasers will be posted to YouTube and to Powell Film Co Facebook page. So they will be easily shareable with friends and family via the internet. Google Drive links to the videos will be provided. If shared online attribution is appreciated!
Ceremony videos, speeches and dances will be uploaded and sent via Google Drive as uploading copyrighted music to the above services causes issues.
Physical copies are available via flash drives for additional cost.

I will do everything in my power to finish the editing process within 60 to 90 days after the wedding. I usually get them done sooner, but it depends on my current workload. I have a full time job as a video producer/editor/motion graphic/video tech/graphic designer/ etc. I’ll try to let you know what my schedule is like around the time of your wedding.

I’m not responsible for:
Power Outages
Storms (tornadoes, blizzards, freezing rain, etc)
making me unable to make it or have to leave early.
Equipment Malfunctions
I’ve been shooting video for over 17 yrs and haven’t really had any disasters, but they do happen. In the event of something going wrong I ask you to please understand that I will do everything humanly possible to fix or make the situation right, whether that be reshooting or partial refunding. Your happiness means everything to me.
Once I deliver to you the video files, storage of the videos is your responsibility not mine. So make sure you make backups and keep the files someplace safe where they won’t get lost. If you need additional copies and I still have the files I will do so, but at additional cost.
